Malaysia Local Shipping & Delivery Policy

We offer different shipping options to provide convenience for our customers. There is tracking numbers for all Malaysia local shipments and it can be trace on tracking site on 1 to 2 days after parcel shipped.

Pos Laju:

This shipping option is available for smaller shipment with a weight below 2kg. It usually takes around 1 to 3 working days for shipments to arrive to your destination. However, under certain circumstances it can take up to 2 weeks. Please contact Pos Malaysia Helpline directly or us for further assistance if shipment delayed.

Pos Malaysia Air Freight:

This shipping option is available for large shipments with a weight up to 30kg. It usually takes around 7 to 21 working days for shipments to arrive to your destination. However, under certain circumstances it can take up to 8 weeks. Please contact Pos Malaysia Helpline directly or us for further assistance if shipment delayed.

Pos Malaysia Sea Freight:

This shipping option is available for large shipments with a weight up to 30kg. It usually takes around 30 to 60 working days for shipments to arrive to your destination. However, under certain circumstances it can take up to 12 weeks. Please contact Pos Malaysia Helpline directly or us for further assistance if shipment delayed.

DHL eCommerce :

This shipping option is available for medium shipments with a weight below 10kg. It usually takes around 1 to 3 working days for shipments to arrive to your destination. However, under certain circumstances it can take up to 1 weeks. Please contact DHL eCommerce Helpline directly or us for further assistance if shipment delayed.

Skynet/Gdex:

This shipping option is available for smaller to medium shipments with a weight below 10kg. It usually takes around 1 to 3 working days for shipments to arrive to your destination. However, under certain circumstances it can take up to 1 weeks. Please contact Syknet/Gdex Helpline directly or us for further assistance if shipment delayed.


About Parcel Delayed, Damaged & Stolen 

We are not responsible for recipient’s parcel get delayed, damaged or stolen/missing. If you need secure against all risks of physical loss or damage of goods/items during transit anywhere within domestic with 100% protection, please contact us for value added services – Insurances. The additional charges is usually up to 3% of sum insured and take few days for us to process the shipment with insurances for you.

Note: Maximum compensation of Non-Insured Parcels is capped at RM100 only depend on Courier Company regardless the item value stated on shipping form. Besides, it will take long time to process the claim.


International Shipping & Delivery Policy

Airmail:

This shipping option is available for smaller shipments with a weight below 2kg. Airmail shipments are carried out through your local post office. We ship out all Airmail parcels with online tracking facility available for this service. It usually takes around 7 to 21 days for Airmail shipments to arrive to your destination. However, under certain circumstances it can take up to 4-12 weeks. Please bear in mind that the online tracking will only work once the shipment has already reached your country and it must update by your local pos office transit hub. Else, there won’t be any progress showed in tracking system.

Express Shipment:

Express shipments are very safe and usually take only around 3 to 5 days to reach your destination. Courier shipments  can tracked online at any time. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order has been sent.

Note: All shipping lead times are for reference purposes only. In exceptional cases, longer lead times may apply and shipments may be delayed by your local customs office. We do not offer any guarantee on the shipping lead times listed.

About Customs, Duties & Taxes

When ordering from us, you’re responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of Malaysia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient;We have no control over these charges, nor can We predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. We are not accept any shipment returned request such as recipient refuse to made payment for custom duties and taxes.
