What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

The delivery charge is based on the item(s) of your basket. You’ll see the delivery costs in your cart before proceed to checkout.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept Bank Transfer (FPX), Debit Card and Credit Card here.

How long will delivery take?

On average, the delivery takes 2 to 3 working days after the parcel picked up by courier agents. You can get the shipping progress updates from courier tracking site.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your personal data such as credit card details, bank account numbers will be kept secret and confidential with us. We will never share any of your personal contents without giving prior notice to our customer.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you have checkout your order, you should receive an email confirming your payment, followed by an email acknowledging your order.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within a couple of working days.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email confirming your order, along with an accompanying invoice.
