Deposit and Fees Imposed

A deposit of RM500 is required. You will get full deposit refund upon game returned before subscription period ended. However, a deduction fees** will impose if the game condition (disc, cover or case) is damaged, such as dented, scratches, stained, cracked, game disc not functioning and etc. So, please handle the game package with care and return it in good condition.

What If I want to Own the Game?

Yes, you can always negotiate with us for the price to own it as long as we are willing to let go. Or, simply purchase the brand new and sealed version from us. By doing so, your subscription period will immediately restore for all the days you hold that game excluding overdue charges!
